The enterprise representative participated in the job fair arranged by the Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI” and reported on the areas of activity, opportunities of work experience pratices and pre-graduation internships, part time and full time jobs at JSC “RSRI “Electronstandart”.

“Certification of ECB-2017” conference. Outcome
The International scientific and technical conference “Ways to provide the contemporary electronic equipment with the reliable electronic component base” (”Certification of ECB-2017”) was held on April 5-7, 2017.
The conference was dedicated to such topics of current interest as implementation, quality, reliability, radiation hardness, standardization. certification, testing of electronic component base (hereinafter referred to as ECB) used for integration in radio electronic equipment (hereinafter referred to as REE) in strategically valuable systems. More than 450 representative of 200 enterprises, manufacturers, developers and suppliers of ECB and REE, test centers for ECB and REE participated in the conference as well as representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the State corporation of space engineering, the State corporation of atomic energy, organization of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation and the the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The vice-governor of Saint Petersburg, Sergey Nikovaevich Movchan, made the opening speech.
The conference program began with the speech of the vice-chairman of the the Military-industrial commission board of the Russian Federation, Oleg Ivanovich Bochkarev.
The conference program contained 53 reports on the following issues:
• the challenges of import substitution of foreign ECB in electronic equipment;
• new developments on domestically produced ECB (hereinafter referred to as DP ECB);
• current issues of standardization and certification in terms of ECB;
• the issues of choosing and implementing ECB for highly reliable equipment;
• reliability and radiation hardness of contemporary ECB and special aspects and their assessment for highly reliable equipment;
• the procedure of foreign ECB implementation in electronic equipment including the issues of confirmation of its conformity with application conditions.
In the course of the conference, the participants came up wth solutions and recommendations on the conference topics, defined the prospects of collaboration between the electronic industry and domestic enterprises consuming ECB.
The final day of the conference included a sightseeing program for the participants in the hero-city of Kronstadt with a visit to St. Nicholas Cathedral of the Sea.

JSC RSRI “Electronstandart” has prepared a reference material titled “Nomenclature of the foreign electronic component base previously approved for the limited use in the special-purpose electronic equipment according to the order of its implementation”
The reference material “Nomenclature of the foreign electronic component base previously approved for the limited use in the special-purpose electronic equipment according to the order of its implementation” (hereinafter referred to as the Reference material) has been prepared for implementation of “The main functions and tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation while planning the development, production and use of the electronic component base for development, modernization, operation and repair of the arms, military and special equipment” approved by the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on 17.05.2013. The reference material has been developed in collaboration by JSC RSRI “Electronstandart” and FSUE “MNIIRIP” and approved by the Electronic industry department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The reference material has been developed to meet the requirements of РЭК 05.002-15 “Regulations of the foreign electronic component base use to provide development, modernization and production of arms, military and special equipment. General provisions”
