On September 20, 2016, representatives of the Council of young scientists and specialists of JSC RRI Electronstandart and the founder of Interdisciplinary resource center for nanotechnology had a meeting at the Physical faculty of Saint Petersburg State University to discuss collaboration in studying materials and structures of the contemporary electronic component base.

A new article "What is the counterfeiting and how to deal with it. The regulatory framework and practice of counterfeit electronic components identifying" has been published in the issue #6/2006 of the Journal "Electronics: Science, Technology, Business". The authors of the article are: L.Ershov, R.Levin, A.Baturin, N.Kolomenskaya, I.Emelyanova, V.Kononov.

Participation in scientific and information forum JSC "SVETLANA-ELEKTRONPRIBOR"
18 of June 2016 the representative of the Council of young scientists and specialists Pavel S. Kuvalkin (Lead Engineer, JSC "RNII" Electrostandard "), participated in the 1st Scientific and Information Forum JSC <Svetlana-Elektronpribor>, organized by JSC <Svetlana-Elektronpribor > in a picturesque district of the Leningrad region, in a recreation center <Georgian-4>.

Reference material entitled “Nomenclature of foreign electronic component base previously accepted for limited use in electronic equipment of special purpose without domestic functionally similar devices and the production of which is not guaranteed by producers’ (thereafter Reference) was prepared to ensure realization of “Main functions and tasks of RF Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Defense during the planning of development, production and application of electronic component base for development, modernization, use and maintenance of inventory”, approved by Minister of Defense of Russian Federation and Minister of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation on May 17, 2013. Reference was prepared by JSC RRI ‘Electronstandart’ in collaboration with Mytishi Research Institute of Radio Measurement Units (’MNIIRIP’) and approved by the Department of Electronic Equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Reference material includes foreign EEE nomenclature which requires development and implementation of a complex of measures included in the “Condition of the order of application of foreign electronic component base to ensure the development, modernization and production of military equipment samples, military and special purpose hardware. Main principles” (Regional Energy Commission 05.002-2015).
