The Russian conference is dedicated to current issues of import substitution during production of the electronic component base for highly reliable apparatus of strategically valuable facilities. More than 350 representative of 162 manufacturing companies and ECB and ERE developers, certification test centers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian Space Agency, Rosatom, organizations of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, Ministry of education and science of Russia, the Russian Academy of sciences and enterprises of the Republic of Belarus participated in the conference.
The conference program contains 53 presentations on the following topics:
· providing contemporary electronic radio apparatus of the reliable electronic component base. Methodology of domestically produced and foreign ECB selection for highly reliable apparatus;
· the issues of import substitution during ECB production for highly reliable apparatus;
· contemporary role and position of standardization in highly reliable ECB apparatus kitting;
· optimization of the foreign ECB certification tests providing high consistency and reduced cost of testing;
· radiation resistance of the contemporary ECB and details of ECB resistance assessment in the space complex apparatus
