International Scientific and Technical Conference ‘ECB CERTIFICATION-2016’ St. Petersburg, April 20-22, 2016.

We invite you to take part in the International scientific and technical conference “Methods of providing modern electronic equipment with reliable electronic component base” (’ECB Certification-2016’), which took place from 20 to 22 April 2016 in the congress-hall of the ParkInn (Pulkovskaya) hotel, Pobedy sq., 1-2, Saint Petersburg (entrance from Varshavskaya street).

Conference starts at 10.00.

Conference program includes listening and discussing reports of leading specialists of RF Ministry of Industry and Trade, RF Ministry of Defense, the Russian Federal Space Agency, Russian Academy of Science and RF Ministry of Education and Science, enterprises developing and manufacturing ECB and electronic components, ECB certification test centers and qualified suppliers of electronic components.

Following issues will be discussed:

• Issues of import substitution in the production of electronic components for highly reliable equipment;
• Methodology of selecting and applying of domestic and foreign ECB for highly reliable equipment;
• Optimization of programs and methods of ECB testing which allow high accuracy and cost efficiency;
• Reliability and radiation stability of modern ECB and characteristics of ECB quality assessment and durability in the equipment of nuclear, power and space              complexes;
• Modern role and position of standardization and certification in ensuring equipment with high reliability electronic components.
