The “Open Week” event took place from October 19^th to October 23^rd, 2015, at JSC “RSRI “Electronstandart”. Within the framework of the event more than 200 Saint Petersburg students and pupils visited the enterprise. Representatives of Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI”, The Bonch-Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University, Saint Petersburg State University, Saint Petersburg State Maritime Technical University, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Saint Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics and secondary educational institutions got acquainted with organization of the manufacturing processes, solutions and challenges and the achievements of JSC “RSRI “Electronstandart”.

Representatives of the Council of young scientists and specialists Alexei Andreevich Golubev and Pavel Sergeevich Kuvalkin took an active part in the “Career Day” event that took place on October 30^th, 2015 at the Saint Petersburg State University physical faculty in Peterhof.

Meetings with representatives of Saint Petersburg State University administration were held to involve graduates and students of the physical faculty of Saint Petersburg State University to the works at JSC “RSRI “Electronstandart”.

The Council of young scientists and specialists of JSC “RSRI “Electronstandart” that has united the youth representatives from every department was established in May 2015.

The Council has the goals of helping young employees to live up to their potential realization in scientific and professional sphere; organization of the youth participation in facing the development challenges of JSC “RSRI “Electronstandart” and national radio-electronic industry on the whole; supporting technical, organizational and collective cultural initiatives of young specialists; development of the mentoring institution.
